Topol Group was founded in 1993 as the first independent part of one of the biggest state industrial group “Votkinsky Zavod”. It was a period of important changes in Russian economy, and there were a lot of opportunities to employ great production experience of “Votkinsky Zavod” in implementing new kinds of consumer goods and equipment needed countrywide.
