Pumps
Serial production of oil and gas equipment at JSC Votkinsky Zavod was started in 1991. The range of products was expanded from year to year, and its quality improved. Currently, hundreds of product are produced, they are – equipment for underground and major well repairs, pumps and pumping units for maintaining reservoir pressure, pipeline fittings, drilling and gas equipment.
Oil and gas equipment supplied by JSC Trading House Votkinsky Zavod has been installed and successfully operated at most oil and gas producing, oil refining and petrochemical plants in Russia, as well as in oil production, refining and petrochemical industries of countries such as Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic and others.
In the production of products, the most serious attention is paid to its quality. All manufactured products comply with the requirements of the Russian certification system and have all the necessary permits for use and certificates of conformity.
The quality management system of JSC Votkinsky Zavod is certified according to international standards ISO 9001-2008. After checking the quality system and product prototypes, the American Petroleum Institute (API) issued API-7-1, API-8C licenses for the right to manufacture gate valves, drill bits equipped with superhard composite materials (PDC), swivels, elevators and spiders with the right to use the official API monogram in their development and manufacture.
Engineering and Technical Center
Nowadays, the purchase of equipment without its subsequent service and warranty service is unattractive for large, serious enterprises. Therefore, an Engineering and Technical Center has been created within the Trading House, which today provides service and warranty services, installation and commissioning of oil and other types of equipment.
The specialists of the service team promptly travel to all, even the most inaccessible places of equipment implementation, and perform all necessary types of work. Currently, the specialists of the Engineering and Technical Center have installed more than 800 pumps manufactured by JSC Votkinsky Zavod.
During the implementation period, classes are held with the personnel of the PPD service, the operating modes are debugged, if necessary, the pipeline binding of the pump of the KNS and BKNS is upgraded to meet the conditions of a specific field.
In 2005, the Union of Oil and Gas Producers of Russia awarded the Engineering and Technical Center the title of “The best service enterprise in Russia”. In 2007, the Engineering and Technical Center was recognized as a reliable partner of TNK-BP.
Branches of the Engineering and Technical Center “TD “Votkinsky Zavod” for warranty and service maintenance of products manufactured by JSC “Votkinsky Zavod” and JSC “Votkinsky Industrial Company” are open in more than 100 cities of Russia, which allows us to eliminate problems as quickly as possible.
